I wish I would have checked them out before I placed my order-but i have never run into a situation like this before so hopefully this will help someone else-

I had an emergency situation where I needed to purchase some low sodium foods and found these people online along with a few other merchants.  The other merchants have been wonderful so please do not think that everyone who sells to a select group are rippoff artists-but these people should not be allowed to remain online as merchants-and i use that term loosely

Luckily, the credit card I used is totally working for their customers so i have not lost any money, but these people are nothing more than scam artists-and since you are not actually dealing with THEM-as they are yahoo merchants and they use Paypal to process their payments, you are kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place

If you place your order-please do not expect to ever receive your merchandise-and please do not even think that if you call or email that you will receive a reply.  Just stay as far away from this company as you can and call ahead to any other company you want to buy from-if all you ever get is voicemail, move on to another.   These people-heartwisefoods-are preying on people who have a specific need and they must get some sort of deviant pleasure out of giving these people more stress.  Just stay away and purchase from people who actually will give you customer service and support.
