Heather Lundy AKA Heather Saul Dead Beat Mom Woodlawn Virginia

Heather is a deadbeat mom whom never calls her three children and when thier father calls her she dosen't even ask to talk to them yet she feels compeled to drag the father into court every few months and cost him a lawyer ,lost wages and travel across the country,(the father is remarried to a service member in wa.)Heather dont even show up with a lawyer 99% of the time. She is over 10,000 behind in support yet still has her driving permit!!

As a matter of fact she is going to school paid for by the state of VA.for a law degree. The last time she was in court she was cought committing purgiry and went and filed more court papers on her ex-husband to cost him more money .This is just taking money away from the children she is supposed to care about. She sent nothing for christmass and dose the same on birthdays she walked out on him and into his best friends bed.The courts don't care if she owes child support or is harrasing the father.

In va. she can file as many times as she wants and the father can not even postpone the court date without her permission to do so.Heather let her husband beat up her children (one badly) and then took up for her husband. He plead no contest to the charges and got no punnishment.

What can this family do to stop the harrassment buy the ex whom dose not want the children eanyway? In va nothing becouse the courts protect the mother in all cases!!!Heather is now on her 5th child at age 25 and the father has to go to court again in a week for crap charges.The father has sead he would forget the support to just be left alone to raise his children in peace.Thay have a good life with two loving parents and good schools away from abuse and neglict. Eanyone can have a child and become a parent,But that dose not make you a mother and father!!!
