Heather Marshall called me to schedule an interview, I verified the day and time with her and she repeated it.

Heather Marshall didn't keep her scheduled appointment with me or had the class or professionalism to call back and re schedule.  I was alarmed by her behavior as in my many years in Medical sales never have had a recruiter act so brazenly unprofessional and work directly for a major medical company. 

I left her messages, she NEVER answers her calls and obviously doesn't take her job seriously or just gets paid on the amount of people she interviews.   I became especially alarmed when I googled her name and found she had done the same thing to many other people.

Heather if you are reading this, please show consideration for people who are looking for a job in a hard challenging time.  If you reach out to them, then follow through and be professional.   Your name in this industry will start to be noted by many of us.  One thing I have learned this industry is a small world.
