Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I got a phone call from a lady saying she had the best business offer there is online. After she told me what her business is all about I said I wasn't interested. She yelled at me and told me I'm crazy and a fool if I don't want to join. I told her not to call again and when I hung up on her she called back. I didn't answer but she keeps calling. I know her business is not legit and she is trying to rip me off. Stay far away from this women, she is very angry and mean!

Your report only talks about the person who was trying to force the company onto you, not the company itself. While I am a rep for the company, I am NOT Heather Porter, and therefore I should not be judged by her actions.
ALL Network Marketing or Direct Sales companies (or MLMs or whatever you want to call them) will have abusive and forceful representatives. SOME companies encourage this practice. MOST strongly discourage it.
SendOutCards (also known as SOC or Send Out Cards) specifically is a company all about nourishing relationships and building on friendships and nowhere encourages a bully-ing approach. I'm so sorry for your experience with this person.
