Helen Beauty Supply Sells inferior products, then lies and steals the merchandise after promises of store credit. Moreno Valley, California

I purchased a human hair wig from Helen Beauty Supply, got the wig home it felt synthetic, bulky and didn't fit correctly I called within 15 minutes of being home talked to Young Yoo he's the only employee other than his wife who doesn't speak English he told me there are no refunds.
I wrote a letter requesting to return item in original condition for another wig or other item in the store, he agreed which I have in writing. I returned with the wig in original condition, after appx. 15 minutes and much time behind a counter where I couldn't see him he stated one of three tags was missing, absolutely not I tried the wig on at home, it looked ridiculous and back in the heavy plastic wrapping it came in. He did not return the item to me or store credit or a refund. I made a case with Discover he claimed he has a no refund exchange policy even though in writing he stated he would give store credit, I guess he's a man of his word. Discover refunded my whole purchase of $368 and the merchant has the item AND $368 That's very dishonest and distasteful. His response to me was how do I stay i business if I rip people off? Well, not all products are inferior and most people won't spend the time to make complaints and fight the CC company to get their
money back. Be very sure when you hand over your money you inspect the item because if it's inferior and he agrees to remedy the situation he lies. Sad because it's the only beauty supply I'd go to now my friends and I stay far away.
