helenebridal.com No refunds for THEIR mistakes, Internet

I ordered 7 burgundy bridesmaids' dresses and a custom dress from this company in February, 2010.  After waiting six weeks for my dresses, I rattled their cage until they finally shipped them.  The 7 bridesmaids' dresses were sent in RED instead of burgundy, and the custom dress was cut too small by nearly 3" in the shoulders, making it totally impossible to wear, or even to alter. 

I have all the paperwork showing the color ordered as well as the size, proving the mistakes were theirs, but all they offered me was $100 to compensate.  They never even offered to remake the dresses, but with the wedding only 5 weeks from receipt of the dresses (because they delayed shipment so long), there was no way I was going to risk having them remake them anyway.  Instead, I spent the next several weeks making dresses myself.

They have absolutely refused to make this right, even though they admitted it was their mistake.  If you can't afford to buy locally, you can't afford to gamble with this company.  Customer service is absolutely zero.  I will never, NEVER buy from them again.  I have since heard another report of the same thing, where a dress of another color was sent, and the customer had to eat it.
