CAUTION: THIS GUY IS A SERIOUS CRIMINAL. Do NOT use this school if you're serious plan to get an flight licence!

I've paid him $6.600 cash to use for the flight hours, with the kind request to confirm this. He had a lot of excuses when I asked him to give me a recipe. After that, i took several flight hours, he charged my debit card with $301,70, which i've expressly forbidden. After that, i kindly asked him to send the money back, because it's only my Gas and Food Card, it’s not that much money just for my daily use. The return of course never happened. 

On my last day there i was scheduled to have a further flight. Then the flight instructor discovered during our pre-flight procedure an irregularity at the R22 aircraft, the hobbs hasn't changed after i took a flight the day before. But there was another flight in the aircraft logbook. So the flight instructor decided not to fly, until this obvious FAA violation has been cleared, because he didn’t want lose his license that he made in the past years. Then he tried to reach the guy Herle on the phone, but he didn't picked up. So the flight teacher texted him. To make a long story short. Mr. Herle yelled through the text to the flight instructor, why he's doing that in front of the student and he has to grab his stuff and leave the company - immediately. The people around this flightschool are sure, he wants to extend the maintenance of the R22 aircraft to save a lot of money because of the high maintenance costs and the charge for the flights which are not logged is quick black money for his own private pocket. After he kicked the flight instructor out, he aborted my training also - took my cash and charged my debit card with the maximum amount of $1.200 for the second time.

This criminal has a pattern. First he try’s to make some kind of nice impression and then he'll kick you out and he'll take all your money. And if you try to contact him to get your money back: he freaked completely out, he yelled at me and screamed like a wild gone rabies monkey, with his insults in the worst kind of way, i'm glad that he didn't jump at me in his highly aggressive attitude and injured me. Finally you'll get a trespassing restraining order from him, This is done very quick.

Finally, after i had time to research and google this guy, i found out, that he had always trouble and law suits with a bunch of flight instructors, students, the sarasota airport facility, with are his neighbors at the airport, private in his house at the lakewood ranch with the guys who worked there (electricity-, landscaping, network etc. companies) and he is always looking for trouble or get into a fight. I can only recommend for everybody, watch out for another flight school or flight service company, in the end you don't want to sit with someone in an manipulated aircraft you cannot trust!

To whom it may concern,

The past customer of Heli Aviation Florida LLC, Dirk Peter, has gone to exhaustive lengths to continually type and post grossly slanderous comments and falsified versions of his ‘experience’ while attending our school for the purpose of flight training. However, since the following ex-customer of ours feels the need to publically post malicious and slanderous accusations about our company, we feel it is necessary to respond and clear the air once and for all.

Firstly, the incident which occurred on November 15th, 2013 in which Mr. Peter claims his scheduled flight was cancelled due to a ‘failure in the aircraft’ is false, and furthermore, such false accusations are a portion of the reasons for Heli Aviation’s ultimate decision to cancel the students flight training. In fact, what happened that morning was a failure of our employed flight instructor, to log a flight that was made the previous night, which resulted in their misunderstanding of the Hobbs meter having a different reading from the last time they had flown in the aircraft. Such misunderstandings are common, however, they become larger issues when individuals not educated and familiar with aircraft operations, such as Dirk Peter, misunderstand the information being told to them, and as a result begin making false accusations, such as ‘aircraft failure.’ We are more than happy to provide maintenance documentation of all aircrafts as proof that Heli Aviation does it’s business right and as required by Federal Aviation Regulations. All maintenance was made properly and on time and previous FAA Safety Inspections reflects such.

The instructor told Mr. Peter that he would have to contact Mr. Herle and figure out the situation with the Hobbs meter having a different reading from when he had last flown, before they could continue their originally planned flight. This was the correct response, as it is company policy to make sure that any reasons to believe that there could be an error in logging of aircraft activity etc, are cleared up prior to the continuation of any flight activity with any aircraft under the supervision of Heli Aviation Florida, LLC. Mr. Herle simply cancelled the flight as he was not in the office at this time to figure out what was going on, with the instructor, the student and the aircraft, which is the best decision in such situations before continuing flying.

While the Instructor tried to contact Mr. Herle, Dirk Peter began texting Mr. Herle multiple text messages claiming that the aircraft was not ‘airworthy’ and that it was having a ‘failure’ all of which are completely false, and extreme accusations to make. Mr. Herle informed the student that making such accusations was uncalled for, and that the student had no business making commentary, or being involved in conversations regarding the care for the aircraft, as he was not able, nor licensed to make any educated decisions on behalf of the care of the aircraft or any aircraft for that matter, as per FAA law.

Before this mentioned incident which occurred on November 15th, 2013, Mr. Herle and the Instructor had both discussed their doubts with the performance of the student Dirk Peter, and the students failure to take any assigned course work seriously as a part of his flight training course. Dirk Peter’s failure to comply and perform as a student while training with Heli Aviation, along with his false accusations about the company’s aircraft ultimately led to the student’s cancellation of flight training with Heli Aviation, through the TSA.

Furthermore, the incident that Mr. Peter wrongly recalls where he tried to ‘talk ‘with Mr. Herle, and claims the police were wrongly called, is also, fictitious and completely false. What Mr. Peter fails to mention about this encounter is that he waited at the airport Hangar with two of his friends, for Mr. Herle to arrive at his office, where he and his friends proceeded to trap Mr. Herle in his parking space by parking their SUV behind Mr. Herle’s vehicle. Dirk Peter then proceeded to aggressively bang against Mr. Herle’s car windows, and shout threats to him, and demanding that he get out of his car. Mr. Herle refused to get out of his car, and proceeded to attempt to drive away, and safely park inside the airports secure fenced in areas. Mr. Herle’s secretary, saw what was happening outside the office in the parking lot and ran outside to tell Dirk Peter to leave Mr. Herle alone, and that she was calling the police.  While Mr. Herle was waiting for the police to arrive, Mr. Peter and his friends attempted to come inside Heli Aviation’s office area, and began making harmful threats in German and English, which consisted of Mr. Peter saying things such as, “I’ll kill you and your wife” to Mr. Herle. Once the police arrived, Mr. Peter naturally changed his tone of voice, and attempted to act calm and pretend as if he was merely attempting to ‘talk’ with Mr. Herle at his office.

However, once Mr. Herle showed the officers the video surveillance recording of what had just happened, they immediately recommended that Mr. Herle authorize them to trespass Mr. Peter and his friends from the hangar premises. Conveniently, Mr. Peter fails to mention any of these vital details when he describes this incident in his complaint, including how he falsified his address and information that he gave to the police in his report.

Another thing that Mr. Peter fails to mention is how there is currently an active ongoing lawsuit against him (please refer to case No. 13SC4547 filed in Manatee County,) which was filed by Heli Aviation Florida, in attempt to collect all overdue balances that Mr. Peter rightfully owes Heli Aviation Florida, for all flights and services received by Mr. Peter prior to the cancellation of his training.

If Mr. Peter truly felt that he was a ‘victim’ of fraud or whatever he feels he may be victimized by, then he wouldn’t avidly evade being served by due process, nor would he have any problems appearing in court before a judge, and allow a just ruling to be made on the decision. However, Mr. Peter knows he has not been a victim of any crime, and his only intention is to utilize any available public outlet available to him, as a means to alienate and perpetuate false accusations about Heli Aviation Florida.

Unfortunately, Heli Aviation must continue to explain itself, and the reality of the situation, of which Mr. Peter continually exaggerates and falsifies on consumer complaint websites. However, if the public truly wishes to understand the reality of the situation, then they can contact our marketing department at: ’marketing@heliaf.com, where we will be more than happy to supply them with our video surveillance footage of Mr. Peter attempting to violently attack Mr. Herle, as well as a copy of the Police report filed against Mr. Peter (please refer to Case No. 13-35706,) and any other relevant information which will help alleviate all questions and concerns regarding the false accusations made by Mr. Peter.

Another reason that Dirk Peter is not appearing at court is the fact that he operates a Business in his name unlawfully without the proper Visa, nor Social Security Number, nor files tax returns or pays taxes, which led already to another court hearing which he dismissed and tries to prevent getting served as well. Please refer to Case No. 2012-CA-003821 filed with the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida - MAX MIRINYI (an individual) vs. MILEBLAMAX, LLC a/k/a BREAK POINT PIZZA, Dirk Peter (an individual), EDUARD KRANJCEVIC (an individual), MILORAD STOSLJEVIC (an individual).

On top of all other cases comes another Law Suit (Refer to Case number 2013-CC-003452) against DIRK PETER which was filed on 09/16/2013 at 10:24:59 AM ET in Manatee County by HARRY W. HASKINS, Esq. an attorney located at 3400 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL who also never received compensation for the provided services regarding the case number mentioned above ‘2012-CA-003821’. Heli Aviation’s Attorney is now consulted to inform Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to investigate all above mentioned cases.
