Hello Totem, via their web site, provided a quote for the sale of my used iPhone 4.  I accepted their offer and they quickly sent a mailer for me to send the phone in.  It was sent in, and per their web site, they received it on 19 April 2013.  Since then there has been no contact, no response to e-mails, and their phone number is not active.  I cannot seem to contact them in any way.  For a while there was an internet chat capability, but that proved to be ineffective in providing any assistance.  I'm afraid this is an unscrupulous rip off!
