Wow! Whatever you do, save your time, grief and frustration. This a definitely a fraudulent company full of excuses. After writing numerous emails and submitting tickets, only to never get a response, I've decided to contact BBB and will pursue other avenues to reclaim my phone and see that this company is prosecuted.

BBB unable to resolve

Today is May 6, 2014. Here I am over six months later and even the BBB sent them a few letters with no resolve. It appears that the www.hellototem.com website is no longer and there has been another post by an individual with "HelloTotem" now residing in another state. Isn't this a form of postal crime and a federal crime? Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Well, here it is January 14, 2014 and I still have not had any contact from Hello Totem. I would really like to be able to find some sort of legal ability to go after a company that behaves this way. Any suggestions?
