Helm Associate Car loans, buy here pay here Bristol Pennsylvania

2 yrs ago my son set out to buy his first vehicle, before talking to me about it he went to Helm Associates to purchase his forst care. I wish he came to me first because he was a first time buyer, his credit is in good condition and he would have gotten a better deal and vehicle at a reputable car dealership. 

Helms ran my son's credit several times and after 7 hours of being in their office, they agreed to a 2003 suv, what they didn't tell my son was the price of the vehicle, only the payments. My son had a down payment of $3,000 and Helms told my son he needed to give them an additional $900.00 for tax and tags. My son did as he was instructed and here we are today kicking ourselves. My son founf out Helms is charging $16,000.00 for a 12 yr old suv, not a denali, suburban...nope...a small suv. 

While on facebook I see a promo in my feed about Helm Associates and I click on the comments section, I see ppl posting not to go there and their reasons why, I then myself posted a comment regarding what we are going through and Helm's deleted it. 

I then posted how they deleted my comment and how rude it was of them to do so, I then commented again and on another post of another disgruntled customer, I noticed earlier they too deleted those posts of mine and barred me from posting on their forum. I do see the customer reply to my post, and unfortunately for them, I took a screen shot of second post due tot he fact of deleting my first one. 

This is a shady company, they don't want to acknowledge negativity from their customers, they don't want to deal and or make right on their customers complaints. I don't take kindly to the fact they scammed my son into buying a vehicle such as this, JOSH who sold the vehicle to my son not only scammed but also complained how he doesn't get paid the money he deserves to work there...low and behold, their car lot is GONE. one month later, no longer there. 

This company has pictures of current year car models on their website but when in fact, they have very old cars and ppl with bad credit are desperate and needing a vehicle take whatever they can. My son didn't need this place, when I found out the next day what went on, I called and wanted to cancel this out and the reason's why, they REFUSED!!!! Unfortunately for us, we checked the Kelley Blue Book value...and my son is paying $11,000 more than what it is worth. Helm Associates need to make things right, the States Attorney needs to look into this as well.
