Andrea Smith is a Professional Scam Con Business Consultant who promises and guarantees grant funding for your business.  She claims to have investors who gives grants to small businesses.  However what you don't know is your being con. Your giving   your hard earned money to a con thats running a Ponzie Sceam.  She establish companies that appear to be squeeky clean with the BBB in CA, NV, TX, DE.  She then tells you that the copany will have stock on the Stock Market that will earn interest and dividiands.  She guarantees you a grant of between $25K up to $250,000 over a 2 year period.  

She then supposely loans you money that your grant is suppose to pay back that you never receive either of these grants or loans because everything is done through her and her companies, however while she is supposley doing all this she says you have to pay for the funding accounts to be established by the Department of Treasury and the IRS for the grants because the Federal Government oversees these acconts.  While she is doing all this she sends you ligitimate looking docs all the while she is scamming you.  Beware, beware.  She owes alot of people alot of money.  She got a A++ (4.0) in Bernard Madof's Ponzie Class.
