Invited to Facebook page of a FB friend Carolyn Aitken (former) entitled 'Help Put America Back to Work" asking for donations to help people having financial problems. Making false claims and charges about goverment (tea party like stuff), "Did you know the health care bill imposes a 3.8% sales tax on all real estate transactions beginning in 2013?" But when you check it out the truth is far different;

http://urbanlegends.about.com/od/government/a/Health-Care-Real-Estate-Tax.htm 3.8% Real Estate Tax in Health Care Bill Netlore Archive By David Emery, About.com Guide

Email rumor claims the health care bill imposes a 3.8% sales tax on all real estate transactions beginning in 2013. Analysis: While not completely false, this message does convey the erroneous impression that the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 imposes a 3.8% sales tax on all real estate transactions. It doesn't. Here's the real scoop:Among the several new taxes and tax increases provided for in the final legislation (see Kiplinger for a concise summary) is a 3.8% tax on investment income for "high earners" only. Revenues from the tax, which goes into effect in 2013, will be dedicated to the Medicare Trust Fund.

"High earners" are defined as individuals whose gross income is $200,000 or more, or married couples filing jointly with a combined gross income of $250,000 or more. Then you are directed to Carolina Aitken http://www.helpputamericabacktowork.com/ http://www.irisheyespromotions.com/ Moreover, the tax doesn't apply to the first $250,000 of unearned income for individual taxpayers (or $500,000 for married couples filing jointly).

Given that most taxpayers make less than $200,000 per year and most home sales don't clear profits exceeding $200,000, the vast majority of Americans won't be subject to this tax.
Then you are directed to Carolina Aitken's web sites and asked to donate money to help struggling people. http://www.helpputamericabacktowork.com/   http://www.irisheyespromotions.com/
This is an obvious right wing wacko trying to make money off the fears and prejudice of some people.

Help Put America Back to work A Great Srevice

AUTHOR: Don - ()

POSTED: Monday, May 13, 2013

Dr. Zeyn Seabron,

Well this is an obvious left wing wacko trying to make money for his blog off the fears and prejudice of some people. If he had half a brain he would do a little investigation and realize that the organization he so flippantly whines about and claims to be a “right wing wacko” has in FACT to date received NO money from anyone and has used only its own privet money to help people out! And they help EVERYONE out even “Left wing wackos” Anyone who thinks that the economy is in great shape and that the government (right or left wing branch) is doing a bang up job really needs to do a reality check. I’m disgusted with people who spout off with little or no knowledge about a subject or organization they choose to vent their unspent anger on. I would ask Dr. Zeyn Seabron one question though…what have you done to help out of work people in these hard times? Well? Nothing? I thought so.
