Hemingway Group Hemingway Financial Harassing, Threatening and Rude Boca Raton Florida

My husband received a harassing and threatening phone call from this company in an attempt to collect a "fake" debt. He never had a HSBC account and the account number they gave no longer a HSBC account. They also threatened to go my husband's job with papers and if they find out he doesn't work they will sue him. They were also very rude on the phone and said that he better get a lawyer. They were also saying that he's not stupid and he should know if he had an account with HSBC and that he should check his credit score every month. A lady was the original caller and then she put "the lawyer" on the phone but no one gave a valid name. They were trying to get him to pay over $200 now and use his bank account info or a debit card. If it was a valid debt, he was willing to make a payment but they could not provide valid information regarding his debt. We want this company shut down and prosecuted. Who knows how many people they scammed for fear of getting a summons?
