Hendersen-Webb, Inc. Abusive Employer that condones Workplace Bullying Cockeysville, Maryland

Hendersen-Webb is the devil, plain and simple. They rip off their residents and their employees and verbally and physically allow them to be abused. I am a former employee who has been through absolute hell from them. I was terrorized by one of their employees, reported it, and was promptly terminated. Not only that, they refused the police to come in and check on me and now they are fighting my unemployment for no just cause. I am still having nightmares and post-traumatic stress disorder from the hell they put me through.

I was also sexually harrassed by several of their employees and nothing was ever done about it. I was told I had to wear make-up and tighter clothes and was told I quote, "look terrible" and forced to "wear mascara and lipstick." As a resident, we were severely mistreated as well: allowed to live with roaches, a/c and heat never properly functionning, crime--my purse was stolen and car broken into because they fail to provide a safe place to live and allow drug-dealers to live on their property.

We lived 3 years without a working refrigerator and it took a sheer act of God to get a new one. They pay their employees a pittance pay and refuse to pay overtime--if you got it once or twice you were lucky. I could go on and on with horror stories but the worst is this: not only did they fire me, they evicted me for no just cause (I am a single mom with two kids) and then they sued me, are trashing me to other potential employers, deemed me a tresspasser even though my daycare is still on their property and I have to pick up my kid there and the latest is they are trying to take away my unemployment. I hope they ROT IN HELL!!!!!!
