 buying a car is never easy and more difficult if a women.  I was intersted in a particular car as i was told on the phone that the front windows had extra tint. this was not true but had the usual tint.we all know their will be the dealer tricks.  I ended up in hendrick honda in pompano. I was immediately approached as I got out o f my car by kashif chughtai. to begin with always report to the front desk. mr. chughtai was shown the ropes by mansur khawaja. I made it clear i was interested in a 2014 and we drove a car of interest. we were discusing price when mr. khawaja met with mr. chughtai teaching him how to take advantage of me. he returned with a price and as i was about to decide he suddenly said is was for a 2013.

I was unhappy at this bait and switch and stated so and before i could finish the negotiation on the car suddenly out of the blue a very aggressive man sat down and decided he was going to intimidate me in which he did. he never introduced himself and told me to give him my car key to evaluate the trade-in. I complied. my car was worth between $4,000-3,000 and one dealership offered me $2,500. mr reynolds came back and offered me 1,200. suddenly the first two individals disappeared. i do not know what happened to all my skills but perhaps my back was against the wall by this highly aggressive, abusive mans appraoach.

mr. reynolds now told me we can toss a coin and if i lose the toin coss i would have to accept the 1,200 for my well kept, clean car. i said no and he continued to be rude. everyone beware that when treated as such just leave. i regret not doing so. mr. reynods said i was very difficult as a way to make me feel more on edge as women always want to be otherwize. if i was ina ny other setting i would never allow this mans rude manner to be part of my daily existance. in business this should never be allowed even in the rude car dealership business. he continued to be loud rude and aggressive and sudenly we wer at a low $1,600.

he told me he will include mud flaps, mats etc all already on the car suddenly mansur khawaja reappeared and asked me to write a check. i do not know why i allowed chauncey reynolds to bully me and why my two original salesmen sat in the back allowing this but i believe i was just looking to get away from abuse and began to write the check. i hesitated and said i did not have my glasses and sudenly mr. khawaja grabbed my check and finished filling it out as if i was incompetent. they contacted some insurance, assuming it was mine, as i provided them my agents number, i spoke to another agent not uncommon at my insurance with allstate and was offered a lower rate.

i agreed only to find out later from my agent i was not talking to them. the three men continued to con me and i was out the door and realized they never transferred my registation as is manditory and one cannot be on the road without. in their quest to take advantage of me and although i paid for the transfer they were in such ahurry they neglected to comply with the law of the road. abused and harmed i have not resolve being bullied, and the loss of a great deal of money. please beward of dealers but avoid hendrick honda and especially mansur khawaja and if approached by chauncey reynods-run.
