Henry's Wrecking Service Wrongful attempt at towing & threatening Silver Spring, Maryland

On my way to my first day at my new job, I decided to stop at CVS. Before I went in CVS, I walked into the gas station ask directions and buy a map. When I walked outside, I found my car halfway pulled up by a tow truck.... I asked what the problem was, and the tower told me "there are signs everywhere" when not one was visible in the lot, I have pictures to prove. Then, he wrote me a $50 ticket while blocking all of Georgia Avenue as a fire truck couldn't enter the lot b/c the tow truck was blocking the entrance. He coincedentally got yelled at for it, and started threatening the screaming drivers and threatening me, saying, "man one of y'all are gonna get it today keep messing with me." He then said, "I gotta earn a living."

When I called to dispute the ticket and inform the business that he was threatening, I first got hung up on twice. The third call I made, the man told me, "I ain't got time for this" and then put me on hold... Which eventually hung up too.

This company owes me more than $50 and an apology. They owe me back my time & frustration. I was not surprised to see that others on this site have also been scammed... If only I had read all of this before I went out!

I second what another writer wrote, Do Not Give Them cash or debit!!! I'm out my $50 and time, but no one else should be ever again.

This company is illegally towing and disrespecting & threatening!!! Don't let them unlawfully tow you, too!
