Her Room Returns are never accepted Dallas Texas Internet

This place is a total scam. They have a policy that they will not accept damaged items back. No problem. But if you take it out of the package, it's damaged. I returned an item I tried on and never wore. I had it in my possession for about 5 minutes. I had ordered two chemises from the same manufacturer, so I didn't even open the other package. I returned both.  I got an email that they had received my item and what the refund would be. Then a week later they send me the chemise I had opened and say it doesn't meet their criteria, that it's damaged. I emailed them and asked where, they told me there was a reddish brown stain at the top. Well, I looked for that reddish brown stain, and I found a mark. It looked like a scrape or defect in the dye, kind of like how bleach turns black fabric brown. It wasn't a stain at all. I've seen other dark colored knit fabrics w/this same condition. The item itself had pulled threads, loose stitching coming off the lace, but I'm supposed to accept that. They are absolute liars. I believe the defect was already there or they made it upon return.  I started checking online about this company and what do you know, they pull this w/everyone.  Everyone who tries to return an item gets told there is a stain.  Many report a "brownish" stain.  I believe they are doing this themselves.  HerRoom steals from customers.
