Herbal Smoke Shop, Global Life ripoff Galloway New Jersey

Ordered product 2.14.06 paid two day fed-ex and like most of the others who have reported these guys have not rec'd product. Called the office number this morning - 607.407.0005 after trying to get someone to pick up their supposed customer service number 607.407.1400 - and was told "our computers are down so I can not check the status of your order or provide you a tracking number, your order should be there in a few days.

Like most others who have been ripped off by these folks I found their website to be impressive and put trust in it and them. I guess we should all learn to research companies like this before paying.

By the way... the 866 number that Derek has provided to many of those who he has rebutted, like their customer service number is never answered.

Lets all take a stand and start putting the heat on folks like this who are thiefs, liars and on and on.
