I placed my original order on June 25 2005 and I STILL have not recieved anything. After countless email's and phone calls, no one from this company has sent me any kind of response. So I decided to email Derek, the so-called customer service manager, with all my shipping information with hopes that my order will finally get sent out. But as usual I did not get any sort of response from him either. "lost in the mail" is a pretty easy excuse for "we just want to rip you off"
