hercules movers please dont use this company! this has been the WORST experience EVER los angeles, California

Dealing with this company has been a disaster. They tell you one thing then convenientlyget amnesia. I had to ask their overs not to speak spanish in our home when it was obvios that they were talking and laughing about us. They called an hour after they were due to arrive to say they would be late. Their management has no idea what's going on at any given moment and are quick to pass the buck by putting you on hold, transferring your call, or promising to call you back which never happens. They give you a reasonable quote over the phone but boy oh boy once they show up its a different story.

They showed up with a truck that wasn't big enough and we ended up giving away posessions. They take advantage of the fact that you're under time constraints and you are are forced to spend additional mmoney with them. This company is in california but set up a move for us from colorado tovirginia. Our belongings are still sitting in colorado after a week and a half. We have no idea where our property is or whowith. They still haven't even scheduleed to have it picked up. Each time we call its like we are annoying them! Now that they have the 60% customer service is out of the window. this has been so frustrating and disappointing. Why didn't I readthe reviews. Now that I see they have a history ofthefts as well I am really worried!
