Herff Jones SOLD ME A FAKE!!!!! Internet
I purchased a class ring from Herff Jones back in 2002. I chose a 10K white gold ring with 4 small diamonds and a precious gemstone. Flash forward 11 years, and due to financial difficulties, I decided to get it appraised. I took it to the first jewelry dealer, and they told me it was worthless. I took it to several others assuming that they must be wrong. Nope! As it turns out, my $550 class ring was in fact NOT even gold! (Despite being sold to me as '10 k white gold' and having '10k stamped into the metal). Oh and the 4 diamonds? Also not real. Not even cubic zirconia. The precious stone? They say it's glass. What a joke. Herff Jones should be sued. What they are doing simply cannot be legal.
