Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have no income and have ask for them to pick up the truck and send me what I owe and I was told by a rep name Amy on 9-19-2017 that they don't pick up the trucks and was told by her that black people just don't pay there bills as if I directly owe her. this is not professional and not at all business type. I have never missed a payment until this September 3rd 2017 now I'm asking them to pick up the truck and send me the final bill. what is the problem not professional at all.

The problem is that you are not wanting to pay your bills.
What good is it for them to pick up the truck and send you a bill as to what you owe if you have no income? Are you magically going to find some money to pay off the balance? If so why can't you just make your payment that is only a couple of weeks late and I can just about guarantee you significantly less than what you would owe on the balance.
You have basically just told them you are a deadbeat who has no intentions of paying your bill and they can just go pound sand, why would they be professional?
