Beware: you will not be reimbursed for more than a month - do not pay out of pocket for anything done to your vehicle in hopes of reimbursement.

I have a bumper to bumper warranty from this company purchased through my bank when I received my auto loan. I was told everything will be covered.

Took my 05 lincoln aviator into the dealership for rear hub assembly and wheel bearing replacement. Dealership said 3hrs of work warranty said they would only cover 1.5 hrs.

First I had to fight tooth and nail to get the warranty service to approve the repairs and add another 1 hour to the work order. Then the part was on order for 5 days so I needed a loaner vehicle.

I was told to pay the loaner vehicle and I would be reimbursed ($250). This was 01-25-10. All proper paperwork was submitted and approved by 02-06-10. It's now 03-09-10. I'm told it's in processing and there is no one that can tell me when it will be mailed.

I was told by the warranty supervisor Nicole that it's in processing and little over a month is in the normal range of receiving payment. They said they are just a 3rd party in this. This is the number on my card for warranty.

This company is a joke, for paying over $2000-$2500 for an extended warranty, you'd expect to get your $250 reimbursement.
