Heritage Ford Lincoln Mercury/Loveland, CO HERITAGE FORDIN LOVELAND/ COLORADO RIPS OFF GRANDMA/WIDOW ON THE VERGE OF FORECLOSURE Loveland, Colorado

On 5/18/2010, I took a truck that I owed $18,000 on, to trade in at Heritage Ford in Loveland, CO to down grade, because I am trying to down grade to stay out of foreclosure.  When I went into this dealership, I had excellent credit, and qualified for an FHA loan. They sold me a truck that had a different dealerships tags on it. It had just come on the lot that day. 2 days later on 5/20/2010 , after getting a load of hay,the truck wouldn't start, and I had it towed back. While wating for the tow truck, the real estate showing company called, with out of state buyers wanting to take a second look at my house, which I had to refuse, because a Pit Bull was loose in the house, and it was a mess. Potentially losing the sale of my home.

They just had new trucks on their small lot. I asked for my original truck back, so that I could take it to another dealer to trade. They said that it had already been paid off (I seriously doubt this). I didn't have my reading glasses with me, because of the towing. They brought me a contract that said I was to pay $2000 in bold, large  letters. I said I'd be fine with paying the $150/50 cents a mile, a contract I had signed, for the other truck, but  I wasn't paying for my truck. I said this 3 times. They finally agreed that I wouldn't have to pay. I was upset at this point. I signed the contracts they brought me. 2 days later took it to another dealer and traded it in. They and I, were under the impression that I only owed $18,000 on the truck. They traded me into another truck, and have sold my original truck to someone else. I got a bill in the mail for my original truck on June 11, stating a balance due of $33,000. They sold me my original

truck for $44,000, which is $5000 more than I originally paid at another dealership a year ago. The dealership that just sold the original truck, is contacting the Attorney Generals office, I'm assuming to bring a lawsuit against me, and has advised me to do the same. I am going to have to sell family heirlooms to be able to pay for an attorney. Heritage recently had a remodel done, and their bay wasn't made long enough to pull truck into it. My salesman Paul was telling me they're having so much trouble with it. When I got the P.O.S, they had broken the mirror, and when I got my original truck back, they had wrecked the electrical box for the trailer brake off, and it was hanging off the bumper. This company should be forced out of business. They are ripping people off to pay for their remodel, that they probably shouldn't have started in our horrible economy. It's a calming thing to know that God is so good at vengeance. He's always taken care of that for me, so much better than I could have! But I am searching for an attorney, to seek justice in this matter, before my life is destroyed.
