Heritage Payment Solutions Early Termination Fees Assessed without notice after agreed to waive the fee over the phone Fort Worth Texas

I have tried to cancel my service due to our Business being closed. They told us since we were 3 weeks late from the contract to cancel out service there would be a $495 early termination fee, which is ridiculous amount in the first place. I spoke to a customer service and she had advised me to fax in a closure letter and a reason for closing the account so that they would waive the early termination fee. I did exactly what she told me to do fax in a letter to retention department. After a week later, we never receive any confirmation that the account was closed. So I decided to call and make sure the account was closed and asked for a confirmation letter. Few days later I did receive a confirmation of account closure letter from them. The letter stated that early termination fees assessed $495 Credit. I was furious and call the customer service and spoke to a guy and for 10 minutes he had no idea what I was talking about and took him another 10 minutes just to look up my account! After I explained to him about the charge of $495, all he could reply was like a robot, "It's in your contract." So I demanded to speak to a supervisor and he replied that she would just tell me the same thing. Finally, I got to speak to a supervisor. Although she was a little bit more helpful about the issue but she also has the same reply "It's in your contract." 

Bottom line, Stay away from this credit card company. This was the worst experience I have had since I been in business. They make their money by scaming people charging Early Termination Fees. Be Aware!
