I purchased a RV repair warranty in 2004, from Heritage, presented as RV Shield.  I have been unable to find a repair facility in the Cleveland/Akron area who is willing to attempt to contact them or work with them for a necessary repair to my RV. 

I have been informed that Heritage either is very slow to pay, or the repair facility has outstanding repair claims unpaid for months and have been told that the company is going out of business.  I have also been informed that warranty holders have been unable to cancel the warranty for a refund as is outlined in the warranty agreement.

I paid $1775.00 dollars for this warranty and still have 2 more years and nearly 50,000 miles left in the warranty period.

Phone calls to the company have been left on a continuous hold message.
