Heritage Web Design Maybe we should join together for a class action suit. This company needs to be stopped Provo Utah

If I observed this site before paying my money to Heritage Website Design, no way they would have been chosen to build my business website. It has been pure hell in dealing with this company. These are my following complaints:

1. First in foremost, I started dealing with Heritage Web design in April 2008. Still, my website has not been built (6/4/08).

2. Sales person lied that my business website would be built in 1 week after all materials were forwarded to company.

3. Web designer, Zane Miller does not return your phone calls in a timely fashion. In addition, he lied and stated he would complete my website within 4 days. Still, I am waiting.

4. Josh Wall- Priority Accounts Supervisor-, This individual has broken many promises to me that my site would be completed. He will empathize, apologize, etc, etc with you and than give you his commitment that he will make sure site will get dome quickly. Be aware of his statment that we are getting very close. Bull s**t! Remember I started this process in April.

5. No one in organization will give you direct names of the CEO. They will only provide you with an email address, in which the CEO will not respond to your complaints. They will just keep passing you back to the same people.

6. They will ignore your phone calls. There staff will lie that they will call you and if you wait on it several days will pass.

7. They will take fees off of your credit card without your permission.

Conclusion:
Due to all of our complaints, maybe we should join in on a class action lawsuit against company. I definately kept all of my emails from company. In addition, I will contact Better Business Bureau
