Heritage WEb solutions. This company is stealing money left and right, by not giving the service they charged and are charging me every month.
MY ADVISE IS never SAY YES< but if you are with them already don't stay on hold for more then 10 min. The recorded music and message, clicks, and pauses from the other end are very weird and questionable and irritating. Specially when you rightfully complain.
They put 3 different reps on the phone to tell me how great they are and how well they gonna treat me for 2 hours, about a year and a half ago.

18 month with Heritage WD'' ---- Not a SIngle Sale from this website ?SOMETHING IS WRONG and NO ONE TELLS ME WHAT ??? EVERYONE JUST GOES ON WITH THEIR BUSINESS. wile on my own made site my sales doubles every 3 months.
Testing the system by making a purchase from my own site --- everytime the order confirmation is late and it comes in different format and wording in SUBJECT AREA IN THE auto Email that comp. sends-VERY CONFUSING.
Every time i make a new order to test,---all of a sudden it goes to my spam, and i change it to not spam it works for that day or so then it goes back to spam again.
24/7 Customer Service when i signed up--- now its 5-9 ??/ what ?? what do i get in return. nothing but 3 full days of 1-2 sometimes 3 hours on the phone holding. THEY WOULD NEVER BE LATE CHARGING ME at exact second every month< AND IF YOUR LATE WITH ANY PAYMENT GOOD LUCK.
TRYING TO TAKE MY WEBSITE SOMEWHERE ELSEthat i invested so much time and money----. BUT NO. one of their employees now working somewhere else called me and asked me if i want to work with his company. But he told me that i have to be exact and computer literate when asking them for MY C-panel and all the information i need.
I CANT MAKE MY OWN CHANGES AT HOME PAGE--- THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. SO ITS SIMPLY BLOCKED.
COMPUTER PROBLEMS--- My computer was working perfectly until I complained. NOw my computer shots down by itself and does crazy stuff.
I have to hold for customer service for 40 min. only to be transfered to technical support for another 71 minutes hold, then i end up with someone now trying to sale more stuff and not giving the ans. i need by going around and around to what is good for them, even tho they charge me for cust. service anD HOSTING--- am i trying to run a business here or what ?
THEY SAID THEY ARE GOING TO PUT ME ON MANY DIFFEENT SEARCH ENGINES -- my google adsense shows 1-6 page impressions a day___
MY WEBSITE DIDNT PASS MOST ACCESSIBILITY TESTs___and if you dont know what that means, they won't tell you. I found out about that after 2 years......
THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT NEED TO BE IN PLACE FOR WEBSITE TO GENERATE TRAFFIC and make money. AND IF YOU R NOT CLEAR ABOUT THOSE THINGS< THEY WON"T TELLYOU//FURTHERMORE, THEY CREATE NEW PROBLEMS FOR ME ON A SUBJECTIVE LEVEL. iT takes all days energy from me to solve the smallest proble. CANT GET ANS> ...
