Heritage Web Solutions Claimed I owed a Bill of 650 dollars though they never suspended the site or sent a bill for 2 years!! They just suspended the site now Provo Utah

This company is CRAZY. I paid for my site and paid hosting fees up until a few years ago, when I was told by a customer service agent that I now owned the rights to the website and would no longer be billed by the company. That promise was fullfilled--- for the past 2 years now my site has been up, running and active without ANY charges sent to me, or suspension of my account. During those times the company performed technical assistance for me including changing text, cropping pics, etc. Not once during ANY of this time throughout the last 2 years was I ever BILLED or was my account EVER suspended. (Believe me, they will suspend you for non-payment-- I got behind once in 2006 and my account could not be logged into until I gave them their money).
So as you can see ... no one told me of a debt.

The past few weeks I've had the company do some additional upgrades on my website (I still had some technical assistance time left over in my account from my original purchase of the website) and they happilly went along and fulfilled the work UNTIL the next day I get a call that I'm in COLLECTIONS!

You can imagine my SHEER suprise at this! I said what are you talking about?

"You owe 2 years of hosting fees that you never paid!" ...

I couldnt believe it of course and they promptly suspended my account!
Now the site I have had up for years which is connected to multiple sites, etc is no longer active and its effecting my business.

They then offered, "well tell you what, we'll only charge you half of that".

I replied-- no, I'll tell you what-- you go ahead and suspend my account and let the investigators come in!"

I promptly filed complaints with the FTC and BBB and they have begun their investigations.

I am looking for other people here -- I heard their was a class action law suit against the company and would like to talk to other people who have fallen victim to this company.
