Mistique from Heritage double dipped my account putting me in the negative. I called the bank, they said my money would be back to my account in 24 hours. It's been 36 hours and no money yet. I called again, and Emily was very rude and unhelpful. "We can't do anything", she says. They can d**n sure take the money out fast but when it comes to putting it back in your account, "we can't do anything". This is not an acceptable answer to me. I feel cheated. The people in this company are rude to begin with and now this happens i am overdrafted for thanksgiving! If you don't have an account with Heritage Acceptance Corp. BEWARE!! Stay away. If you do, pay it off and run!!! The most sloppy, unprofessional people to date that I have had to deal with, aside from the McDonalds in the Ghetto!
