I want to let you know what happent to us at Dublin Airport.Monday the 27th we rented a car at you branch.That was the worse experience ever. I' ve been asked to accept a pre payment of 3.000,00 Euros Which I've never had to in different rental co.
FIRST CAR : Fiat Punto dark gray ,we signed the documents, get the car,load the luggages into the trunk..I notice that the front bumper was tied up with a
plastic rope,pulled out the plastic and the bumper fell on the ground !! I Came back inside,talk to the same agent. What would happent if i was driving this car
on the road and went through an accident ? SECOND CAR : (after waiting 20 min )new signatures...A Ford Focus so dented and scratched ,look like a wreck ,plus the 2 front tires completely bald,DANGEROUS to drive...Back inside,new documents...blah,blah.
THIRD CAR : after waiting another 15 min a Fiat Punto dark blue arrives .I was concentrated on checking the GPS offered by the agent in order to compensate all the trouble, meanwhile 3 contracts later , and waiting time ,plus stress, that the agent and I didn't really checked the car. Saturday May 2 returned the car at the same area,waited online, talked to an agent who came outside with me, asked me to leave the car here but bring the key
and documents to a Trailer,next to the shuttle.
Brought every thing to a young blonde lady who was busy with other customers ,she asked me to leave every thing.I wanted ,at least a receipt for the car and the GPS.She gave me back,a document,with my signature,and the cost of the rental,everything seemed to be allright. Untill I went back to Paris and checked my bank account which 3,075.88 Euros...had been withdrawnn without explanations,no phone call,no email,no contact!!I had to call 2 times. Last Saturday the 9th I finally talked to an agent named DAMIEN, he appologised for the trouble and told me he will make sure somebody calls me back on Monday (yesterday)NO one did. I called back again From FLORIDA this morning, talked to Mr ROY, being
transfered to customer service,and now,waiting for Mr Derek Hayes to call me back tomorrow. So far I do not have any information, explanations, or docutments
except that my bank account has been debited May 2 of 3,075.88 Euros( 12 days ago).as far as call,no email,no contact.
