Hertz Rent A Car Hertz LIED to me and put unauthorized charges on my debit card!! Plano Texas

My car was in the shop so State Farm told me to rent a car from Hertz as they give them a better rate. The first thing Hertz told me was NOT to fill the gas tank when I brought the rental back as the gas was covered by my insurance comapany..(A LIE). 

Then then had me sign all sorts of paperwork and would NOT explain to me what I was signing no matter how many times i asked. I am in my 70's so they made me feel stupid for asking. 

After 16 days I brought the rental back and they said everything would be covered by State Farm and my debit card would NOT be charged a dime.  A week later I noticed that Hertz charged my bank debit card $245!! I called State Farm and THEY were ALSO charged $345!!

For a rental that was only supposed to be $19.95 a day this just didn't add up to me!!! 

To add insult to injury when I turned the rental car in the manager at this location (con artist behind this entire ordel) told me that there was no reason to hold on to my receipt book so he would dispose of it for me...NOW I know why he did that. Because now I have no proof of how much the car rental was in the first place!!!

I believe that Hertz rental is filled with con-artist rental agents who feed on elderly people like me and I will NOT stand for it. If it's the LAST thing I do before I leave this earth I WILL get my money back from these low-lifes!!!
