Hertz Nashville airport location Forced upgrade and financial ripoff of senior citizen Nashville Tennessee

My father is 77 years old.  We just found out he has cancer and he wanted to visit his family in Tennessee.  We rented an auto thru priceline and the cost was around $350.  When my father tried to pick up his rental car he was told that the vehicle we reserved a month ago was not available and his only option was an upgrade.  He was then told that his auto policy was no good on his rental and that it was mandatory that he have additional coverages.  These upgrades came to over $698 above the original paid amount.  They did not give him a copy of the contract he supposedly signed.  Now they refuse to refund the disputed fees or provide a copy of the contract my father supposedly signed. Do not ever use them.  Use B*****!
