Hess Kennedy totally incompetent or total scammers ripoff Coral Springs Florida

i recently used hess kennedy as a debt reduction service. when we spoke to them they said they would negotiate with our creditors and get our debt paid off in three years. they told us not to have any contact with our creditors and in a few weeks the creditors would stop calling us.

after six months our creditors were still calling and we heard nothing from hess kennedy. we called them to ask for an update and they were rather rude and said if they needed us they would contact us.

against my better judgement we stayed with them for another six months.
we then started answering our phone to our creditors and they all said they new nothing of hess kennedy handling our case.

we then called hess kennedy asked them why they havent talked with our creditors. they said our creditors were lying. after several coversations hess kenndy began getting more hostile we then asked for our money back.

they said our money was used for their fees and we couldnt get it back.
we had paid them over $4000. eventually they gave us $1000 back. we are now in the process of trying to get all of the money back.
