called hp for help to set up printer
first one got me in the middle and he was hard to understand
and did not sound like he knew what to do loss call
then the second one said be a fee /fee to help chose
how to set up printer its there printer
and ask to speak with supervisor and he got rude and refuse and put me on hold
i will never buy hp again/
really pay to just ask how to set up there printer /

If you can't set up a printer on your own you should be charged for it. Printers aren't usually that hard. Just run the installation disc for the printer (don't hook up printer first). Then connect the printer to your PC using the USB or parallel port.
Or were you wanting to set it up over a network?
