This company will waste hours of your life through their horrible systems and completely inadequate management. First, their phone system is far from intuitive, and asks for unnecessary information which is subsequently asked of you again anyway. There is no way to bypass the information prompts, and end up connecting you to a representative who most likely cannot help you anyway puts you on hold for at least 10 minutes. No concern I ever had took less than a half hour phone call, even to get simple questions answers. Secondly, their internet site (I was forced to use it through working for Cintas, www.hrworkways.com/cintas) has one of the worst interfaces I have ever used. Thirdly, there seems to be a concerted effort by their management team to avoid at all costs directly addressing any issues. Instead, the employees are instructed to bounce you around between different extensions during a phone call, to file "inquiries" into your issues, which will yield no more than a generic response citing information you have already stated and clarified with them numerous times, and to tell you that they (the employees) are going to be personally taking care of your issue, even though a different employee undoubtedly returns the call regarding your issue (so you get to fill them in on all the details that didn't make it into the computer all over again). Bottom line, if you are ever offered a job by a company that uses Hewitt for any of their services, turn it down unless you want to spend hours upon hours of your life dealing with issues regarding your insurance benefits, your IRA investments, your employees if you are a manager,...
