after reading your Ripoff Reports I checked my c.c. (Disc) statement an saw Hewlett Packard HP Tech. Support was charging me $14.99 every 24th of the month w/o my requesting service and of course its Very difficult to Contact Anyone. So I will withhold payment thru m C.C. Co.
