I contacted Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), concerning a defectdive ink cartridge and was told to ship it to their Palo Alto, California HQ for inspection and replacement.  Shipping was at my expense.

Several weeks later, HP returned the ink cartridge to me with an unsigned form letter, stating their corporate policy is to never refund the cost of a defective cartridge.  Also, HP will not replace the defecdtive ink cartridge with a good one.

Hewlett-Packard are liars and cheats!

I am out the cost of the ink cartridge AND shipping.

Hewlett-Packard is a dishonest corporation and a Rip-Off.

Ken Proves My Point

AUTHOR: Ronnie Lebow - ()

Just like I figured, Ken, you have way too much time on your hands, so you run around

here posting silly things.  At least you proved my point, you are here simply to post

nonsense and harass people.   Oh, and buy whatever products you want, who cares?

Okay, here goes, how do we, on Ripoff Report know if HP is ripping you off or not?

You don't post the REASON(S) they gave you to deny replacement.  Guess I'll go on buying HP products.

I have no plans to help solve your "problems" only determine if HP is reasonable or not.  Get over yourself.

Ken, Ken, Ken,  Me thinks you are one who runs around this site, posting things for no good reason.

Am I wrong?  If so, what can you do to help me to resolve this situation?

Let's get constructive, versus destructive, OK?

The "proof" you demand was sent to HP, so what is to be accomplished by giving it to you?

If you can help, post your contact information, and I will be glad to work with you.

Your turn...?

" corporate policy is to never refund the cost of a defective cartridge.  Also, HP will not replace the defecdtive ink cartridge with a good one."

Did they REALLY say the cartridge was "defective" or give a different reason?  You're not telling everything here.
