Once the name HP was a respectable and reliable company. Today it is an unreliable non costumer friendly cash cow. On 10/17/2010 I purchased a 6610f desktop for my business. After 4 months the computer crushed and resulted in a significant loss of crucial data. I called 'technical support' several times but they were too incompetent to adress the problem. As a last result, they believed that by charging me $60.00 for an unnecessary 'tuneup' the problem will be resolved. This was an unnecessary service and the computer was sent to HP for repairs.

HP adamantly refused to reimburse me the $60.00, contending that since I "used" the "service", I was unentitled for a refund. This was nothing but a complete ripoff and greed by HP. As long as they can make a buck on you they don't care about their costumers. I will never trust HP again nor will purchase any of their products. Over 400 complaints filed by costumers on the Ripoff Report is an indictment of this once reputable company. Buyer Beware!!! Save your money and buy their competitors' products.
