Hewlett Packard Rip-off Charged $20 to evaluate over the phone whether thier HP toner cartridge was defective Concluded it was but never refunded the $25 'evaluation' fee Nationwide
HP charges $20 or $25 to evaluate whether their defective cartridge is defective or not over the phone. If not defective, they agree to refund the fee. They determined is was defective but did not refund the fee. I wrote them via online web address but that has not resolved this.
