I contacted hfc looking to refinance. After being told they don't refinance anymore. They approached me with a loan modification program after my 3 months trial period, they sent me the paperwork to sign. After reading it I decided I wasn't going to go through with it. They didn't apply my payments and claimed that I was behind on my payments. They put the payments I have sent them in "unapplied funds. I been trying to refinance with another company. Because of the payments not been applied I haven't been able to refinance. They are a bunch of crooks.
