I Have a 2nd mortage that I have tried to get a modification on and they won't eventry to help.The interest rate is 10% .Betweenthe 1st and 2nd I was paying 20% interest. I got a modidication on the first. I tried to get a refinance and I can't because I filed a bankrupcy in June of 2008.The house is not valued at the price of both mortages. I can pay the 1st mortage ok,the 2nd is hard. My husband had to retire because of his health. I lost my joba year age.I want to know what the law is on the 2nd mortage. Can they foreclose and take my home. I never missed a payment on my 1st mortage.
