PLEASE HELP,this company has a garnishment on my check for a mortage loan,ATTORNEY general MIKE MOORE tried to help he got a small fee refund for overcharges on the loan ,what they did was make loans on homes that exceded what the homes was worth,I think only mississippi residents got this fee,because at the time it was called beneficial mortage of mississippi,THIS COMPANY HAS SCAMED PEOPLE FOR YEARS I BORROWED THE MONEY IN 2002 .

- And what you did was agree to the loan. If the amount of the loan was a real problem for you, you wouldn't have signed the loan documents..after all they didn't force you to get the loan.
Here is something that may become a shock to you. Bank's don't garnish paychecks of people paying their accounts on-time. They only go through the effort of suing someone if that person isn't paying their bills.
