Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Ok I went to court yesterday and i confronted with HFC" lawyer which is the debt collector. The Debt collector is Schectman Halperin Savage and they cannot be trusted at all. The Judge even asked them to waiver the interest but they didn't I am making payments to HFC weekly and they accepted it and they can't do anything else. They put a lien on my condo which is not right and i am on the verge of bankruptcy. I am trying to stay away from that route. Not easy at all. Payments are 20 EACH WEEK..

Well i was in court on feb 19 and no one showed up.  i won and all i had to do is keep on paying HFC 20 each week of what i have been doing.

Next time i went to court in july and the lawyer who is representing HFC

I asked him are you getting payments from me each week, he said yes

I asked him if he could waiver the interest and hfc said no

Now i a get a notice again from the debt collector saying he is trying to collect a debt when i am paying it.

I have been paying them faithfully each week since august 28, 2008

there interest rate was 18% and since it has been with the court system, the interest rate drop to 12%

I am trying and not running away from my debt but please who ever reads this do not borrow from HFC.  they don't care about anyone at all.
