Hh Gregg ripoff Bloomington Indiana

The brand new stainless fridge that was put in my house by the builder, purchased at HH gregg, started rusting the second day I moved in the house. I and the builder have been in touch with HH gregg to replace the fridge. The door for the freezer is 2 inches lower than the fridge side. I have to have my fridge runnung at the highest level to keep it cool.

I have talked to managers there which are NO HELP at all. I am willing to pay the 10% restocking fee, and am wanting to have it replaced with a fridge that costs Twice as much as the one I have. The manager tells me that a technician will be in touch, but I have yet to hear from the technician.

I have never seen such lack of care. I know I have been ripped off by these people at HH gregg, I am cancelling my credit card with them, and also closing my account for my rental properties. I have been a customer of theirs since they opened here in Bloomington, and spend thousands of dollars per year, which will all stop now.
