HH Gregg Unsatisfactory delivery service, humiliation, unprofessional and poor customer service Lithonia Georgia

I am writing this report to inform consumers about the poor treatment that I received from HHgregg. First of all they promise Premiere delivery service and low prices. They are RIP OFF's please do your homework and research prices before falling prey to their gimmicks.

I ordered and paid cash for a Front Load Washer and dryer; which was never properly delivered. I only received half of my merchandise and when I demanded to return it they gave me a hard time about returning it. I sat home three days straight waiting for my product to be delivered. Each time they came out they either brought the wrong product, forgot the product or forgot pieces or was unable to set the washer or dryer up. I was also told by a delivery person that I could go up to the store and pick up the correct pedestals and brackets for my washer and dryer.

After several calls to the Product Management with no recourse. I was hung-up on, refused the right to speak with a manager or supervisor and told that I would not be compensated for any inconveniences, because they did not make that much profit off my sale. Keep in mind I purchased a new Front Load Washer and Dryer set. They are by no means cheap.

I advise anyone that is thinking of purchasing anything from HHgregg to think twice and stay away from this company, because they do not provide good customer service, (this company is not at all customer savvy) ** THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT THE DOLLAR....
