I purchased a used vehicle from Hi Line Motors from Dallas Texas.  I was assured by two different salesmen through phone calls/emails and also in the add that this was a like new vehicle.  The paint was said to be in excellent condition with no signs of damage or reconditioning.  The interior was said to be virtually flawless with no defects.  I also was assured that everything with this vehicle was in working order.

I used a third party inspection company to also conduct a vehicle inspection that the dealer said they have worked with before and was said to be a good company.   When I took delivery of this vehicle I had a certified BMW dealer go through it.  They found multiple issues that the dealer and third party inspection company flat out lied about and also failed to tell me about.

Paint and body work is needed, convertible top is damaged beyond repair and leaks, gauges broken, multiple speakers blown, seat belt broken, three of the  tires misrepresented in wear, even bulbs burned out and missing  including brake lights and turn signal.

The third party inspection company agreed there were items missed that would have altered my purchase and has since refunded my money for the report after I send them reports, pictures, and estimates.  I sent the same information to the dealer and I have gotten rudeness, attitude,  and the run around with no help. Also I have been hung up while on the phone numerous times.  The exact quote was "it is what it is and we will do nothing for you."?   In my opinion this dealership has no morals and are scam artists.

The problems I listed will end up costing me many thousands to fix.  Please look elsewhere if looking to purchase any vehicle from Hi Line Motors of Dallas Texas.  I would be happy to send anyone additional information about this dealership or my vehicle.

Thank you for buying your car from us. Sir you bought a 2002 BMW that you had inspected buy a company of your choice. The company you choose arrived and starting inspecting the wrong car and had to be stopped by an employee. At that time you were called and told about it, and told you were not getting what you paid for in your inspection.

You say the paint and interior was not to your liking you viewed over 120 pictures as well as photos provided to you by the people you hired to inspect your ride. The photos were accurate it's a car not some girl you put make up on and take pictures of.

Now for your claims about the tires I was sitting across the desk from the salesman when he offered to find tires for you before you took delivery and you said you found them cheeper so he discounted the car another $200.00. You paid to have the car inspected saw 120+ photos and were compensated $200 for tires.  I don't know how else we could compensate you. Some people should only buy new cars.
