Hi Tech Auto Don't trust Tim Kelly Fox Chase Pennsylvania

I don't know who else would come up with this ficticious lie! Why don't you put you name down if there is any merit to this story. Since I don't allow dogs  or cats I'm really going to make you look like a dope, Ive never kicked a dog BECAUSDE THERE WAS NONE or hit on a tenant! So don't be a coward purple head put down your name and I'll get a $4000 judgement against you just like I do against that dead beat father of yours!  And that may cut down on your week and hair die budget!

I rented from this guy too and had a dog.  I pulled up from work one day and had my dog outside with my nephew and witnessed him kicking my dog because he was barking at him.  This guy is creepy and made many apptempts at trying to get me to go out with him.  He is gross and should be professional!  Anytime he came around, I locked my doors afraid of what he may or may not do.  I soon moved out as I did not trust him.  DO NOT RENT FROM HIM IF  YOU ARE A WOMAN OR HAVE GIRLS LIVING WITH YOU HE PROBABLY TRIED MAKING ATTEMPTS AT OTHER GIRLS IN THE COMPLEX AND WHEN TURNED DOWN, GOES ON THIS REPORT AND SAYS DEROGATORY STATEMENTS!!

And unlike Tim Kelly of Hi tech auto, I have before and after pictures, I have a peace of the cat pissed carpet I saved for the hearing that coward boy Tim Kelly of Hi tech auto never showed up to, I have people who saw the house before and after Tim Kelly of hi tech auto and his purple headed kids trashed it! I have a lease that says no CATS, It says you pay the water, It says that you except the house as is! (you don't got $1200 a month for a dump) I got $1200 a month because it was a great house in great shape! I have neighbors who saw your cars, I have recipts from the landfill where I dumped your trash, I have pictures and recipts of everthying Timmy boy thats why I won a $4000 Judgement against you! I even have a copy of your $2800 electric bill, (nice try attempting to stick it to the house and not you personally) but that only works with gas loser!

If anybody wants to see my proof I will be happy to post it if that'helps you decide if you want to do buisness with timmy boy!

As far as suing people, If you owe me money I go after you! I have dozens of tenats who will tell you I bent over backwards for them, But if you try to hussle me (like you did Timmy boy) your going to go see  judge! If you have the guts to show not like you Timmy boy!

I have a 800 credit score Because I pay my bilsl live within my means, respect others property, and try to do the right thing! So f you want to believe Tim over me thats your choice but I have a couple pictures you might want to see first!!!!

Tim you know why I have no fear of you suing me for libel (its because its all the truth) but if you keep writing lies about me maybe its time to go see another judge and get another judgemnt against you!

This scumbag is full of crap! rugs smelled like dog piss when i moved in, the whole place needed to be painted and said he would but never did. the sink always leaked and told him but again, he never fixed it.  i was told over and over again that he would replace the carpets because of the odor but he never did that either. now hes trying to blame me? lived there almost two years and was always told to pay with cash so i guess he could hide most of it.I was never late with rent.  This slumlord sued every person he rented his propertys to when they moved out . I talked to the neighbors and told them i was moving out and every one of them told me that hes gona sue you for somethig. i thought thay were joking but i was wrong.. i never had cats or dogs so i dont know what hes talking about.  this bum makes his living out of sueing people. The almost two years i was there i never seen him, he never came around,what doese that tell you about him. PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THIS SUMBAG!
