 Hi Tech Pest Pros (formerly hi tech custom services) is now owned by Tane Bacino not Jeff. Jeff had to shut down custom services to avoid the trouble he earned. The new company under the direction of Tane is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I got the above information from current employees who also reported Tane knows nothing about running the company because she has never worked any of the jobs. She only is involved in finance to make sure fees are added to customers, charge backs are taken from employee checks and she can take as much money from employees and the company as possible. She never speaks w customers and in fact is almost never in the office. As an owner she should learn the business and deal w customers. Past owner wrote a rebuttal for a complaint. Very long and drawn out. Employees reported this couple is willing to slander anyone who gets in the way of their money. Bottom line here is absent owner who doesn't even know her company or the industries, couldn't care less about customers or employees and does not care about customer service.
