HID Nation sent me an HID Kit for my 2012 F350 for $49.When we installed it we found that high beams on one side did not work.
Called the company and asked for a replacement bulb, they refused since I did not purchase their optional warranty at additional cost. I called 3 more times and talked to three different people. Each told me they would send a replacement bulb for additional cost. I explained I already paid for it & it was damaged when I got it in the mail.
They said too bad, should have bought the warranty. I asked why I should have to pay twice for a bulb, they basically told me too bad.
BOUGHT FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY SENT NON WORKING MERCHANDISE AND THEN REFUSED TO STAND BEHIND IT
